Is the design video call really free?
Yes. Your 15-minute introductory call is free, with no purchase required. We’ll discuss your project, initial cabinet questions, and next steps. Completed layouts and more involved design work are not included in the introduction.
Do I need measurements before I book?
No. Bring what you have. Photos, inspiration, appliance information, and rough dimensions are helpful, but you can start with questions. Accurate field measurements and installation clearances must be verified before cabinets are ordered.
Are your cabinets assembled?
Yes. ViaWood offers premium assembled cabinetry. You won’t need to assemble the cabinet boxes. Cabinet installation and any site-specific adjustments are separate from assembly.
Can you help with a remodel or a new build?
Both. We work with homeowners planning kitchen replacements and remodels, as well as new construction projects. We also offer cabinetry for baths, laundry rooms, mudrooms, bars, and built-ins.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Delivery is available. Ask our team about your destination, schedule, and shipping costs. Installation may be available for your project; coverage, pricing, and scope are confirmed separately. Neither service is included in the free call.
What if I need more design time?
Longer consultations are available: $75 for 30 minutes or $150 for 60 minutes. We confirm scope, scheduling, and payment before a paid session. Start with the free introduction to discuss the level of help you need.
Can I order samples or shop on my own?
Absolutely. Browse door samples to compare finishes at home, or explore our cabinet lines online. The call is here when you’d like help deciding what comes next.
